This project is a conversational AI chatbot built using Rasa, seamlessly integrated with the WooCommerce REST API to interact with the e-commerce backend. The bot is capable of interpreting user intents, performing product searches, and suggesting related or cross‑sell items in real time. It handles custom actions via Python to fetch product data, check availability, and respond conversationally.
The integration enables dynamic communication between the chatbot and WooCommerce store—for example, users can ask “Show me red shirts under ₹2000,” and the bot fetches matching items. It supports multiple deployment options—API, Webchat, or embed into an existing site for a unified user experience.
The system architecture includes Rasa NLU & Core, custom action servers, and secure credentials management to access WooCommerce endpoints. The project demonstrates skills in NLP, API integration, conversational flows, and full‑stack backend design. It serves both as a technical showcase and a real-world tool for enhancing customer engagement in an e-commerce environment.
